You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Change of Mind<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you wish to return an item because you no longer want it, we may accept a return provided:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the request is made within <strong>30 days<\/strong> of receiving your order;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the item is unused, unopened and in its original condition;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>all original packaging is intact;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>proof of purchase is provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For change-of-mind returns:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>original shipping charges are non-refundable;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Essential Oils<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to hygiene and safety reasons, <strong>opened essential oil bottles cannot be returned for change of mind.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or leaking, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Please note:<\/strong> Because our essential oils are highly concentrated and naturally volatile, you may occasionally notice a small amount of oil around the cap or bottle. This can occur during temperature changes or transport and does not affect the quality or purity of the product.
